Chief Digital Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.

- It is good to have experience in Real Estate or Telecom domain.

- Should have minimum six years of experience in designing, activating, and powering digital platforms in sales, marketing, customer management and operations.

- Proven leadership success in digital transformation initiatives.

- Should have experience in technology, preferably across several domains including development, product management.

- Expertise in microservices/API, cloud, and big data technologies

- In depth knowledge of customer experience architecture in web/mobile system and enterprise management software

Purpose of the role:

- To sponsor, and activate digital innovation across the company.

- Build robust digital ecosystem with modern architecture, processes, expense management and governance

- Build, integrate and develop a highly engaged team of superior technology experts in software products, digital engineering, and data sciences

- To create, define, implement, and refine the Digital & Analytics strategy to support all areas of the business.
