4. Deploy Digital Solution in coordination with concerned business head.
5. Monitor heterogeneous digital initiatives.
6. Measure new efficiencies and ROI. Replacing manual processes with technology drives both cost savings and revenue generation.
7. Develop ways to attract and retain top talent.
8. Manage team of Product Managers
9. Conceptualise new product ideas and translate them to digital format to help company remain in forefront.
10. Use digital platform to create competitive advantage for the company
11. Manage Technology team to deliver product & solutions
12. Create Product & Technology road map for the organization
13. Be accountable for Digital businesses
14. Spearhead product development projects to increase company's market reach and improve USP
15. Should have sound understanding of analytics and applications of analytics in business
16. Should have worked in e-commerce environment
