Chief Digital & Analytics Officer - Real Estate
The purpose of this role is to create, define, implement, and refine the Digital & Analytics strategy to support all areas of the business in delivering their key strategic imperatives.
KRA:
- Evangelize, sponsor, and activate digital innovation across the company
- Develop and institutionalize digital strategies through cross functional partnerships that transform traditional systems to re-engineered, digitalized processes
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer management and operations to define and deliver superior customer/user experience, business results and business model innovations through state-of-the-art, superior technology solutions
- Develop, implement, and ensure adoption of the right technology solutions to meet current and future needs of the business.
- Build robust digital ecosystem with modern architecture, processes, expense management and governance
- Build, integrate and develop a highly engaged team of superior technology experts in software products, digital engineering, and data sciences
Requirement:
- 15 years' experience in technology, preferably across several domains including development, product management, infrastructure, security, data, and analytics
- 7-8 years in designing, activating, and powering digital platforms in sales, marketing, customer management and operations
- Expertise in microservices/API, cloud, and big data technologies
- In depth knowledge of customer experience architecture in web/mobile system and enterprise management software
- Proven leadership success in digital transformation initiatives
- Innovative mindset to challenge status quo through disruptive technologies
- Experience in both building technology teams and managing vendor partners including negotiation and project delivery
