Chief Data Officer - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)

Role- Chief Data Officer - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

1) Drive data and analytics integration across all functions to infuse AI driven experience and efficiencies

2) Partner with marketing, sales, customer management and operations to define and deliver superior customer/user experience, business results and business model innovations through state-of-the-art, superior technology solutions

3) Develop, implement and ensure adoption of the right technology solutions to meet current and future needs of the business

4) Consolidate technology platforms and modernize to a digital native technology infrastructure

5) Measure effectiveness of digitalization investments and continuously improve digital ROI

6) Build robust digital ecosystem with modern architecture, processes, expense management and governance

7) Build, integrate and develop a highly engaged team of superior technology experts in software products, digital engineering and data sciences

8) Contribute to the leadership team as a thought leader with passion, initiative, creativity and partnership

9) Evangelize, sponsor and activate data innovation across the company

10) Develop and institutionalize digital strategies through cross-functional partnerships that transform traditional systems to re-engineered, digitalized processes

Requisite:

1) 15+ years' experience in technology, preferably across several domains including development, product management, infrastructure, security, data and analytics

2) 7-8 years in designing, activating and powering digital platforms in sales, marketing, customer management and operations

3) Expertise in microservices/API, cloud and big data technologies

4) In depth knowledge of customer experience architecture in web/mobile system and enterprise management software

5) Proven leadership success in digital transformation initiatives

6) Innovative mindset to challenge status quo through disruptive technologies

7) Experience in both building technology teams and managing vendor partners including negotiation and project delivery

8) Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Education

1) Masters in engineering, computer science or related fields

2) Prefer to have certificate, experience in cloud technologies and data sciences
