Job Responsibility
1. Facilitate strategy formation/ revision/ course correction discussions by top team with focus on long term business
2. Drive long term strategic organisational/ business goals within the mandate of the overall enterprise. Ensure long term strategy is correctly reflected in the ABP/ LTP
3. Provide inputs for development of key strategic initiatives, build business case wherever required
4. Responsible for integration of inputs from TSE, RM, M&S for creation/ revision of strategic blue-print
5. Provide scenario assessment to the leadership team based on risk profiling and analysis on external environment to the top team to enable strategy blue-print formation
6. Manage the portfolio of strategic projects - regular reviews by sponsors, and consolidated updates for leadership team.
7. Ensure alignment of risks assessment and mitigation with ABP and LTP
8. Keep abreast of developments in strategy development process, and improve TSL process (LTP)
