Chief Consultant : Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (Retail)

We are prospecting for candidates to join us as “Chief Consultant” in Bangalore. The role and responsibilities are explained below:

Consultant has to build strategic partnerships and take relationships to the next level with Retail , CPG, Pharma, Hitech customers and in turn drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive aggressive consulting and down stream revenue growth with key accounts by focusing on driving long term high value contracts and strategic engagements

2. Increase service adoption and coverage in key customers thru consulting to multiple business units, geographies, teams

3. Lead Consulting for IT Strategy,Technology Strategy ,Solutions strategy for customers etc.

4. Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to enhance new business.

5. Build a Consulting team for Retail,CPG , Pharma, Hi-tech Industry

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ROLE:

1. Build relationships with customer teams at CxO level

2. Drive penetration : increase width and depth of coverage with number of business units and locations

3. Customer relationship management : Manage relationships including interfacing with customers to understand their business, operations & technology requirements as applicable;

4. Translate customer voice into marketing activities and development of new service offerings

5. Ensure market sensing for new opportunities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in IT consulting in Retail CPG , Pharma, Hi-tech Industry.

2. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives

3. Deep understanding and insights into US/EU Retail Industry,processes,solutions,functional expertise .Focus on Analytics Information management. Prior experience on working with offshore / geographically diverse teams is a definite plus

4. Should have managed a consulting team

5. Experience of 15 + years. Revenue $10mn
