Chief Compliance Officer - The incumbent must be qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience in Organising Board Meetings,maintenance of all statutory records of the Group, coordinating with Registrar of Companies and other Statutory Authorities. - Drafting and approving commercial contracts, agreements, powers of attorney and all kinds of legal documentation entered into by the Company. - Conducting compliance audit of the group companies and providing report to the management. - Advising the group companies on any proposed synergies like demerger, corporate restructuring,strategic ventures etc.
