Chief Compliance Officer - Bank (15-25 yrs)
Chief Compliance Officer for an Indian Bank
- Establish and continuously improve the Compliance framework of the bank in conjunction with the senior management of the Bank
- Ensure the bank has effective procedures and controls to mitigate risks, continuous monitoring of controls to ensure they are relevant and effective
- Creating & driving compliance culture in the organization across businesses and functions
- Establish and manage Regulatory relationships, act as the Bank's representative before the RBI and all other regulatory and legal bodies
- Monitoring regulatory developments and impact of the same on the bank. Reviewing and modifying controls in line with new regulatory changes. Ensuring implementation of RBI Circulars / Notification across relevant functions
- Participate in industry bodies and discussions to stay abreast of compliance risk management trends in the industry
- Ensure business gets proactive compliance advice. Monitor non - compliance within the Bank. Responsible for compliance reporting to various governance committees within the bank.
