Our Client is a PSU and is looking to hire a Retail Expert based out of Delhi
Description
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for-
- Modelling concessionaire agreements
- Creating of master concessionaire strategy
- Managing Service Level Agreement in commercial contracts
- Commercial layout planning and Fit-outs design
- Commercial revenue management
- Managing efficiency of end-to-end tendering process
Profile
- Min 15 yrs experience, Graduate, MBA preferred
- Operations strategy experience
- Managing field operations of medium to large retail chains/outlets
- Must have worked in Airport/Railway/Mall Retail Commercial Operations
- International exposure preferred
- F&B, Advertising and Parking revenue handled
