Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Job Brief : We are looking for an experienced CCO to scale up our client base in India and overseas. As a senior member of the executive time, you will have direct P&L responsibility. You are expected to have substantial management experience in the Fintech, Technology or BFSI Sectors, specifically in a Business Development / Sales & Marketing role. Apart from relevant education and experience, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen. You are well connected in these industries, well versed with working on large scale contracts. You have no travel restrictions, can build and lead a team of sales professionals, can lead the marketing function to position the company as leader to all stakeholders. Responsibilities : - Develop a business development strategy focused on P&L growth, market share acquisition and enhancing client experience - Conduct research to identify new markets and clients - Build and leverage your network to connect with clients and influencers - Manage the sales/presales operations including contracts, documentation, invoicing, and customer service - Contribute to the design and development of the company's products and services - Participate in the management of the company as a senior executive - Participate in external forums as a business evangelist for the company Requirements : - Proven experience as a senior business development manager in the Technology, Fintech or BFS industries. - Post-graduate qualification in management, with an engineering background - Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills - Partnership management skills, good professional network - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Natural orator and presenter, with strong networking skills - Tech savy, and comfortable with social media, digital marketing etc. - Proficient with managing CRM database, project management and office software tools
