The role: Chief Business Officer

- As Chief Business Officer at ScreenRoot, you will identify and grow existing and new client relationships. You will lead and/or facilitate multi-disciplinary teams, manage account development efforts, and foster relationships with executive decision makers to achieve account revenue goals. You will be an ambassador to the ScreenRoot brand.

- To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative, insight-based approach to the job every day. To clients you will convey a keen understanding of ScreenRoot's digital product interface design services. In addition, you will help them navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex global organizations.

- With ScreenRoot teams you must deeply understand the high-performance culture, work ethic, motivations, and business success factors at large. You are expected to drive the creation, proposal, and winning of new business by matching clients- needs with ScreenRoot's offerings and persuasively presenting our capabilities, credentials and ethos.

- While the Chief Business Officer is primarily focused on new relationship and business initiation, he/she will lead the status of ongoing engagements. Building of meaningful long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers is a must.

What will you be:

- You will be on the front lines of building initial and lasting impressions with prospective clients who may not know ScreenRoot.

- You will take complete ownership of growing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new project, and retainership opportunities while timely communicating the business funnel to the CEO, design and project management teams.

- You will participate in the creation and execution of proposals in collaboration with design leads and facilitate vendor registrations and NDAs.

- You will contribute to account plans and reviews, reporting, project kickoffs, and key project deliverable presentations.

- You will ensure closure on client commitments to new projects, including decision-maker e-mail approval and timely approvals of contracting and invoicing.

- You will gain an intimate understanding of your clients- business strategy, product group/service offerings, organization, processes, budget-cycles, and decision-making structures.

- You will continue building a world class reputation for ScreenRoot's design innovation services and teams.

- You will demonstrate proactive ability in reaching executive decision makers for the innovation work that ScreenRoot does

- You will work well within the existing organization and receive high peer evaluations as a team player

- You will travel for 2.5 days per week on average meeting 20-26 prospects and clients per month.

- Most importantly, you will achieve annual revenue contribution goals and new client acquisition targets

- A problem-solving nature that evidences itself in the ability to put together large complex proposals (not just responding to RFPs)

- A knack for prospering in ambiguous environments, both with customers and internally

- A dedication to excellence, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to clients in India, and abroad.
