Chief Business Officer - Tech Startup - IIT/ISB/IIM

About the company

A leading, well-funded real estate related innovative technology company providing solutions is looking for a co-founder who will act as the chief business officer, to partner and drive the growth journey for the company.

Responsibilities

Be part of and partner the core founding team in driving the vision for the company's growth and be part of the executive leadership team; developing business strategies in line with the company's short-term and long-term objectives

- Drive, supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company

- Drive business growth and revenue, own and monitor the P&L (top line and bottom line)

- Provide leadership for sales and marketing, including objectives and strategies for new launches, entry into new markets, customer acquisition strategies etc.

- Develop, own, drive and implement the overall business strategy and growth roadmap for the short and long term

- Develop strong relationships and build on these with key clients across markets

- Represent the company in important industry events and forums

Qualifications/Requirements

- 10+ years experience with at least 2 years experience in a leadership role, driving business/enterprise sales for a real estate related business/real estate e-commerce company

- Preference for pedigreed education (IIT/ISB/IIMs preferred)

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
