Chief Business Officer

- Collaborate with the CEO and Managing Partner in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

- Help set the vision and the overall strategy of our continued growth plan, including defining goals, KPIs, and novel go-to-market strategies.

- Help manage current and forecasted growth, profitability, and enterprise value.

- Responsible for driving day-to-day execution operations.

-Responsible for continuously developing and refining business

- Own P&L and cash flow.

- Mitigate business and operational risks

- Help originate and manage strategic partnerships & relationships to drive growth.

- 8+ years of experience leading and scaling startups or business units

- Strong experience in the Startup Ecosystem industry

- Startup/entrepreneurial expertise within SaaS startups or as part of a management team for a tech/digital B2B/B2C company.
