Chief Business Officer - P&L - IIT/IIM (12-15 yrs)
About our Client :
We are hiring for Chief Business Officer role, for a leading decor based omni channel brand, headquartered in Mumbai with presence in 25+ cities across India. The CBO will lead innovation and revenue growth initiatives and will work to create a strong business roadmap while aligning and driving the team towards successfully achieving it.
Key requirements in apt candidate :
- A results-oriented professional with the ability to nurture & lead high performing teams and work in complex cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated track record of leading growth, profitability and transformation
- Should be a strong communicator with proven experience in leading cross functional teams to operationalize and drive implementation of strategic projects
- Strong stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Should have managed a P&L worth 500+ Cr, even better if he has started from scratch and created a bigger setup
- Strong focus on increasing revenues, meeting sales target, and driving the next stage of growth through innovative product offerings
- Align cross-functional stakeholders towards implementation of new products and use cases
- Track and extract insights from business plan on monthly basis - revenue / profitability
- Leading the overall business strategy for the secured lending business
Years of work experience : 12+ years of experience in creating scale and growth of the business
Education Background : A graduate or post-graduate from a good pedigree college preferably from IIM or IIT.
Job Location : Mumbai
Budget : 75 LPA/Annum
