Chief Business Officer - OTT

Job role :

- Driving monetization opportunities in the Pay TV business.

- Responsible for Subscriber P and L, top line revenue, data science led customer lifecycle management.

- Driving satellite TV and potential App based TV service and OTT platform.

- Responsible for business deliverables of top-line revenue, profitability and market share growth.

Job Knowlegde, Skills , Abilities and Competencies :

- Business leader with proven track record in leading and implementing high-impact strategic initiatives.

- Worked across consumer marketing, sales, product and business development, category and channel management in the telecom, OTT and Pay TV industries.

- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long range goals.

- Knowledge of state and local broadcasting and telecommunication regulations.

- Employee development and performance management skills.

- Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating, monitoring, and fiscal management principles, and procedures.

Desired candidate should have :

- Minimum 20 years of Management and leadership experience.

- Currently working in SVP level who is a business marketing head (not marketing communications) with ideally some previous sales or channel management experience earlier in career.
