Education : Preferred Premium Institute - Engineering & MBA

Background : From Healthcare or Insurance Domain Preferred.

Preferably : Entrepreneur/Cofounder (Experience in running B2B SaaS businesses in India)

- Highly research-oriented, Experience in selling the product to different segments or new markets.

- Previously established a new domain, coming from IIT Engineering - Premium Institute.

- Business Personal who have the ability to translate the user requirement to the product.

- Ideally who has headed the end to end business, create a product matching the domain or market.

- Worked on enterprise product which was sold to multiple domains or market.

- An entrepreneur who had a successful exit or got company acquired.

- Core Technology guy from heart built a product which had high customer success.

- At least 15 years of experience in conceptualizing, launching, scaling product technology businesses

- We seek an entrepreneurial mindset who can research, identify and prioritize next industry segments or new avenues.

- Identify a good revenue market for the next segment.

- Work with internal teams to enhance product and engineering competences for identified segments

- Scale these solutions across countries, languages, local regulations, etc.

- Hire and develop world-class talent to run each vertical as its own P&L

- A startup mentality, influencing and negotiating with industry bodies, thought leaders and build and develop a high performing team across the business, product, technology.
