To drive retention & wallet share penetration in the acquired accounts. - About 40 / 70 existing customer accounts have good repeat potential. Target for the key account management team is to drive billing & customer retention levels in the short term and wallet share increase in the middle term. Sales Strategy Team : - The owner of this org is Head - Sales Strategy. To drive tenders tracking, category level market size / target customers mapping / lead generation / inside sales. - Target for sales strategy team is to setup strong sales pipelines for target focus categories of the sales team and drive identification of newer categories
