Job Description:-

1. Understand the underlying levers of company's business and their interdependencies to bring predictability and consistency in the business

2. Develop a risk framework for the business and monitor the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same.

3. Understand the business plan, teams, the market and align KPIs to drive the end goals.

- Understand available people & processes. Align them with business goals

- Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to long-term strategy.

- Constantly look at opportunities to remove human errors and reduce cost in the processes through automation.

4. Constantly monitor and correct the strategy and plans to ensure that the business is aligned with the company vision and strategy.

5. Continuously looking to establish a strong brand for the organization in every interaction with the industry.

6. Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall.

7. Constantly provide feedback to Technology, Product Management and Marketing departments to drive future roadmap.

8. Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required.

9. Keep the business relevant & ahead of market by constantly interpreting customer, market & technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team.

Skill set repertoire:-

- Handling large clients.

- Exposure to sales & channel development tools.

- Commercial understanding of the transaction space and business P&Ls.

- Exposure to process design, data-based performance assessment.

A high-quality sales/business development exposure- with results & capabilities to prove:

- Operating a large, high performing team in a competitive market

- Transformative business development

- Experience in a high performance & strengthening organisation (sales/operations)

- An enriched perspective is desirable e.g. cross-functional business exposure, Internet business exposure.
