Chief Business Officer- Commodities Trading

- To head the complete business as a Profit Centre Head related to Sales, Marketing & Product Management of Commodities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO in designing, planning and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures

- Setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs

- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. Achieve the P/L commitments of the company.

- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

- Partner with the CEO on sales and procurement management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term

- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

Qualification And Experience:

1. 20+ years experience in leading companies in the Commodities space is essential, of which at least the last five years should be at the SBU Head or above level.

2. Hands on experience, strategic planning and business development

3. Demonstrated ability to work with technology application

4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

6. Great communication and presentation skills

7. Problem-solving mindset

8. Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required.
