Chief Business Officer/Chief Revenue Officer - eCommerce (6-12 yrs)

CBO/CRO - Series A venture

- We are hiring an experienced individual to lead, strategize & own the entire online business of the brand, globally. The candidate will lead the company's D2C (ecommerce websites) & marketplace businesses on Amazon, Walmart etc.

- An ideal candidate will come with deep expertise in scaling up a D2C E commerce business with 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, online sales, acquisition on Facebook/Google/others, strong leadership skills & an ability to build a team & think out-of-box.

- We are looking to team up with someone who is passionate, high-energy person, a go-getter and obsessive about data and metrics.

Chief Revenue Officer/Head

- Take P & L ownership of the entire online business vertical of the company.

- Plan, strategize & build the company's direct-to-consumer websites

- Manage & grow the company's marketplaces business on Amazon, Walmart & other marketplaces across the world.

- Hire & build a world class team internally to sustainably & profitable grow the online business for the brand.

- Financial planning, Budgeting & Maximizing ROI

- Maintaining current knowledge of the ever-evolving landscape; trends, products, and channels

- Run & take ownership all acquisition channels on the internet including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Taboola, Twitter and others. Build a sustainable & profitable business strategy.

- Own the retention metrics for the brand & build a customer experience team.

- Develop a holistic strategy to consistently better key metrics like Revenue, AOV, Conversion Rate, Repeat, Brand Re-call etc.

Expectations :

- 6-10 years+ proven track record of managing a successful e-commerce business & scaling up a consumer brand online.

- Track record of running good acquisition budgets on Facebook, Instagram, Google & other acquisition channels.

- Past record of hiring & running a strong team building e-commerce businesses

- Deep understanding of the internet e-commerce trends & landscape.

- A balance of creative & analytical skills needed to scale a premium brand online

- Leadership skills needed for hiring, training and managing a strong team

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growing companies

- Passion & urge to build a truly global brand from India.
