Location : Head Office - Mumbai
JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Design and drive the business strategy and grow the revenue and P&L for concerned business globally including sales, operations and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic (Direct ownership) :
- Design, deploy and monitor the business strategy for the business to ensure achievement as per AOP
- Drive growth and profitability by expanding the market share and increasing the portfolio across geographies
Financial Management (Direct ownership) :
- Drive the revenue and profitability targets as per AOP
- Ensure timely billing and collection.
- Develop a robust pricing model to ensure commercials meet EBIDTA targets for the business
- Review and finalize department budget and present the same for approval by top management and ensure adherence
Business Development (Contributory role) :
- Generate the opportunity pipeline for organic and inorganic growth through regional sales team
- Respond to RFX and prepare sales proposals
- Analyze, help negotiate and approve profitable/win-win commercial propositions for all prospects/ opportunities
Operational (Collaborative role) :
- Monitor operational performance of the business across geographies through regional teams and ensure KPIs are met
- Ensure that each geography meets/ exceeds the set benchmarks on various KPIs defined
- Ensure upkeep of facility to world class standards through effective 5S initiatives
- Ensure operational TATs and quality norms are adhered to in order to improve performance standards
- Guide the team to reduce operating costs through quality and process improvements
Customer Management (Direct Ownership) :
- Ensure all Customer escalations are addressed within the geographies
- Ensure high level of leadership engagement with clients
- Ensure customer requests are tracked and resolved in an effective manner within different geographies

INTERNAL - Geo heads, Central operations manager, International SSS head, CRM Head
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :
QUALIFICATION :
Graduation: BE, B-Tech
Post Graduation: Masters in Engineering /MBA
EXPERIENCE :
- 18 to 20 years experience in a similar industry or Retail Banking experience or from Warehousing & Logistics industry
- Good experience in Client Management & Revenue Management during is career
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CONTD:
People (Direct Ownership) :
- Recruit, develop and retain the team.
- Ensure focused cascading of organizational KPIs into functional objectives and finally into individual KPIs and review performance against the same based on a set calendar
- Ensure timely goal setting, evaluation and training for the team
