- Candidate should be MBA / Post Graduate with minimum 20 years of experience in Capital Markets in Business Development (BD)
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of products traded in the Indian Capital Markets - Candidate should be a good team leader and administrator, who can take the team along and ensure individual and team targets are achieved
- Candidate should have proven accomplishments in business development and should be able to induce responsiveness from target clients Should have existing relationships with capital markets' participants
- The incumbent should have strong articulating abilities, impeccable presentation skills and should be a skilled negotiator with ability to develop and maintain relationships with members
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire Business Development Team for achieving Targets Introduce and Create market for Exchange Products like Currency Derivatives, Equity, Equity- Derivatives, Interest
Rate Futures, Mutual Funds etc.
- Developing Sales Pitch for Members
- Tap and build strong relationships with Stock Broking firms, Banks, Corporates & Financial
- Coming up with strategies, explaining opportunities and encouraging members to trade the products being offered
- Organize focused region wise event
- Creating prime image of Company and Products with comparison to other competitors in the market
- Assess & track market share of the product offerings
-Drive and achieve the targeted Revenue and responsible for complete P&L of the vertical
