We are a young craft beer brewery - We brew small batches of craft beers. Our Mission is to build a tribe of 23-35 year olds who relate to us through our shared values, our voice and our product. ABOUT YOU : 

You will lead and inspire your team, nurturing and developing the next generation of future leaders. You will have control of the sales and targets, making sure it functions smoothly while meeting guidelines.

You'll build & lead a team of 25+ incredibly passionate, hardworking people. Some with vast amounts of beer knowledge, some with years of brewing experience, some fresh into the industry. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together & pushes them to be better every single day.

ABOUT THE JOB : 

If you are an incredibly intelligent & a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a craft beer business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills, we are looking for you!

- As a Chief Business Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating with the co-founders, sales heads, finance executive and other leaders to precisely allocate resources to meet strategic and financial goals.

- You will be the brains behind the strategies required for our brand to gain additional visibility and strategies that keep the business aligned with budgets.

- You will aid in the expansion process of the production brewery.

- You will manage and optimise reports including from: brewers, packaging executive & logistics assistant, sales and finance teams.

- You will put plans in place to help us enter other markets and geographies - national and international.

- You will work towards improving productivity across all functions to achieve business performance goals.

- You will formulate budgets for each department and ensure they are being met.

- You will plan and seek opportunities to diversify our beverage portfolio and revenue models.

Core Requirements (Tier 1 Academic Pedigree)

Craft beer must be your thing. But so should be entrepreneurship

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a teammate.

- Work experience of above 8 years, ideally within the alcohol industry.

- Experience of building a go-to-market strategy and sales and operating plan.

- Education at a top-tier university/college.

- Wide understanding of different markets and beer trends.

- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

- Ability to forecast, think creatively and make decisions analytically

- Strong work ethic & paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization.

- We want you to be a massive beer geek & you need to inspire others to become beer geeks, so we would like you to have a good level of knowledge of craft beer & the brewing industry, but we can & will provide comprehensive beer training for everyone that joins our business.
