SUMMARY
As a member of the Executive Management Team, serves as the senior leader in developing new business and strategic partnerships, identifying, and negotiating acquisition opportunities, overseeing development of products and services, leading strategic planning and guiding all marketing and public relations activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Enterprise-wide responsibility for :
- Developing new lines of business to achieve the company's mission.
- Identifying potential organizations to expand existing business or/and bring new business to the organization.
- Designing and developing market-driven products and services.
- Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship Management / Key Account Management with Corporates / MNC companies for Temporary Or Contractual Staffing requirements.
- Responsible in developing sales in the targeted market. Achieving end to end relationship & business opportunities from clients leading to revenue growth. Grow business through penetration of new verticals & customer segments.
- Visit clients to establish business relation, sign agreements Etc.
- Identify client's business needs & business challenges, forecast requirements, & work on customized service solutions. Plans strategies for non-IT (Temporary Or Contractual) staffing so as to win business from new as well as existing customers.
- Overseeing strategic planning processes to ensure strategies align with market drivers and support a customer intimate approach.
SKILLS and ABILITIES :
- Proven leadership skills as a senior executive leading a company or major division of an organization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor other executives and leaders within the organization.
- Proven track record in successfully managing a profit center.
- Proven track record building and developing successful teams.
- Experience in a matrix management, for profit organization.
- A proven leader who is willing to sacrifice for long term gain.
QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION :
- MBA or above
