CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (TAMIL SPEAKING / ONLY FROM HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY)


REQUIREMENT IS FOR A REPUTED HOSPITAL IN CHENNAI.

Key Expectations :

- Strategic Revenue Growth and Market Expansion

- Development and Execution of Strategic Initiatives

- Leadership and Performance Optimization

Other Expectations:

- The CBO will work closely with the Business Heads & Senior Leadership Team to drive all business aspects of further evaluation of organization.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple new channels and new markets for both the units.

- Develop strategies to attract new customers and expand the hospital's market share

- New initiatives and experiments to generate new business and recurrent business

- Set-up new specialties and attract clinician partners in coordination with Medical Directorate

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, innovative business ideas, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.

- Develop and launch new services or service mix, ensuring alignment with the hospital's strategic goals

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other healthcare providers, organizations, and businesses.

- Discuss with business development team and formulate strategies to sustain or improve business during lean season

- Lead & motivate cross-functional teams, Fostering a collaborative & high-performance work environment.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, and develop actionable insights to optimize revenue generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, PR agencies and industry partners.

Job Specification:

- Qualification: Any Degree, Value Addition MBA in Healthcare Management or Marketing

- 15 TO 18 Years of Experience in business leadership role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion

- Experience in healthcare/medical industry is preferred
