Chief Analyst - Investment Banking

Mandatory Requirement:

Qualification Required : BE/B.Tech+ MBA

- This Opportunity is with a FAMILY OFFICE (one of the promoters of India's largest paint company)

- The role requires an entrepreneurial and motivated team member who will contribute to execution of companies' investment strategy and building the fund's capabilities in its formative years. This role will report to the Chief Investment Officer and work closely with the Investment Committee.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Preliminary funnel management of the deal flow viz. evaluate investment proposals received (potential of around 5-12 proposals received per month)

2.Build relationships with founders, investors, funds and I-bankers to ensure relevant deal flow.

3. Build a first-hand understanding of the SWOT based on evaluation of the founders, potential market size and growth, product-market fit, stage of evolution and competition, and any other relevant factors.

4. Modelling financial outcomes and valuation scenarios based on estimates of future cash flows and industry benchmarks.
