Chief Airport Officer

Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree preferably with Management Qualification.

10-15 years or more in a leadership role as Airport Head/Airport Director is a must.

Key Accountabilities :

- To assist the CEO/ Corporate COO in developing and overseeing the long term business strategies of individual airport.

- To oversee the day-to-day air side operations of the airport.

- To build a strong and diverse team to deliver on the strategy by coaching, mentoring and capability development.

- To develop in collaboration with the CEO/ Corporate COO and the CFO in the annual operating budget that supports the airports long term operations strategy.

- To lead the development of the Commercial & Aviation development strategy to increase revenue

- To keep CEO informed of major projects, key achievements or issues related to particular asset

- To provide leadership and guidance on organizational reporting and monitoring.

- To drive customer focused culture by overseeing the customer experience strategy and monitor the Airports service quality results to enhance the airports reputation.

- To lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's processes and procedures including the effective use of IT.

- To ensure efficient operations of the company's activities.

- To promote an environmentally and safety conscious culture by ensuring environmental and safety risks are identified, assessed and treated.

- To promote liaison with regulatory/government bodies.

- To keep abreast on technological advancement, business development initiatives at the Airport

- To keep a vigilance on labour/Union issues, volatile situation which can arise in future.
