Our client is one of the leading MNC Bank globally with strong presence across retail, corporate and investment banking. Due to expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as CAO for their operations centers based in India. They are looking for seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience to join their team in the newly created role.

Description

Reporting into Head of Shared Services India, you would be responsible for driving the functions like administration, procurement, local finance, risk, business management and change management along with new initiatives in the COE. This function will be established to improve the efficiency of the businesses, people initiatives and manage all major projects incorporated supporting the team at COE. You would also be responsible for managing the relationship with business heads, technology team and onshore stakeholders.

Profile

- You must be an MBA/Masters with over 15 years experience in business management and transformation working with a MNC Financial Institution or consulting firm.

- Experience and ability to work in complex, matrix, multi-geographic environments

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong track record of success in a leadership role.

Prior experience in driving transformation using lean, digitization and automation will be preferred.
