Chief Administration Officer - Manufacturing

- Plan and execute all administrative activities within the work location, which includes canteens, guest houses, housing colonies, plant and office infrastructure and other facilities.

- Ensure safe working environment for all employees/contractors

- Identify Organization-wide needs for resources, their judicious allocation and budgeting.

- Vendor management (Sourcing, negotiation, contract finalization, monitoring and timely payment) related tasks for all the outsourced activities.

- Excellent upkeep and maintenance of Hospitality

- Implementation and training of 5S across the Location

- Ensure regular maintenance and repair of the office Infrastructure.

- Event management during festivals and other celebrations at the location.

- Plan and Organize annual events for a gathering of more than 20000 people.

- Conduct regular SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Audits across the location.

- Ensure zero customer complaints.

- Demonstrate strong Leadership and motivational skills
