Statutory Audit & Internal Audit

Responsibilities :

- Conducting Statutory Audits & Internal Audit for Companies.

- Developing audit plans and schedules.

- Taking the initiative to finalize the Final report.

- Acting as a coordinator between the client and the firm.

- Handling and training fellow Articled Assistants/Associates.

- Assisting the team during new client pitches/new assignments with existing clients and providing assistance in the preparation of draft proposals outlining the detailed scope of work.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA with 2-5 years of experience.

- Essential knowledge and application of SEBI Regulations, Accounting standards (including Ind AS), and Auditing Standards.

- Essential knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in India.

- Good experience in handling Statutory Audits independently or Team Handling experience.
