Reports to: CFO Key responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Finalizing and consolidation of MIS for all business verticals every quarter and presenting to Board - Preparing Business Plan as well as Annual Budget to the Board - Managing treasury/Cash Flow Evaluation of different projects and presenting to Management - Capex Accounting and accountability - Ensuring all internal controls in place and handling all internal audit report observation - Managing both Internal Auditors as well as statutory auditors - Ensuring effective IT systems in place for the entire unit. - Hiring new members for the finance team and keeping them highly motivated all time. - Vetting various covenants of all new contracts, both legal as well as financial. - Presenting to Board on all legal, financial, regulatory, internal controls and other control compliance issues. - Financial statements: Preparation of financial statements as per the applicable laws and getting the same audited. - Statutory compliance: To ensure all the applicable laws and compliance levels are met. To determine statutory liability of the company accurately and make payments on time. To liaison with government department as and when required. - Working capital management: To effectively manage cash flows &amp; treasury process on a continuous basis to ensure operations are managed effectively. - Meeting various one-time management requirements in terms of data. - Building robust systems &amp; processes across the organization to cope up with growth. - Continuous improvement in the existing process &amp; system. - Understand the business and provide inputs on controlling costs and improving efficiencies. - Should work on defining &amp; executing effective systems &amp; processes to deliver consistent results. - Should ensure the F&amp;A function is ready for scale. Skills, Experiences and Desired Attributes: - 3-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting. - Should be very process oriented and systematic in approaching the operations of the F&amp;A function. - Should be data driven and should have good analytical skills. - Should be sharp with numbers. - Should have good MS Excel skills. - Secretarial Compliance knowledge and experience. - Must have highest level of integrity. - Good verbal communication skills and ability to speak in public - Good leadership skills. Should be able to manage a team and keep them motivated. - Should be keen on working in a challenging environment. - Hard working &amp; ready to stretch to meet the desired goals. - Must have high level of ownership &amp; commitment. - Entrepreneurial spirit &amp; instincts would be useful. - Should be able to relate to modern business concepts. - We expect the incumbent to primarily play the role of managing the finance and accounting function effectively. If they can help in business finance it would be an added advantage.
