Chemco - Domestic Sales Head (5-6 yrs)
Designation - Domestic Sales Head.
Experience - Minimum 5 years of Team Handling, Channel Sales & Institutional Sales.
Technical Textile experience preferred.
Products - Geomembrane/Pond Liners/Tarpaulin/Roofing Insulation/Netting
Location - Mumbai.
Travel - 70% Travel (expected) in a month.
Qualification - Graduate (Textile preferred) + MBA (Sales & Marketing). (Knowledge on Technical Textile products and application is a plus)
- Excellent communication: written, verbal in English. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Can communicate with farmer community as well as CXO or business owners
- Target oriented.
- Can manage and drive a sales team of 10.
- Expert in new business development.
- Aggressive in attending inbound enquiries
- Sales closing
- Strong follow up on all leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and expanding business from existing customer database of channel sales and institutional sales
- Guide, motivate, delegate tasks to team members based on their skill and ability
- Travel with sales team to meet channel partners to ensure market share and expand it
- Individually hunt for Institutional customer exploring and identifying Key Accounts
- Identify new business opportunities by finding new applications and markets
- Develop and maintain relations with Government departments (State & District level)
- Develop and maintain relations with BIS, CIPET testing agencies and stakeholders
- Take sales reporting on daily/weekly basis
- Track and Control team's expenses vis-a-vis revenue generation
