Identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity concerns. - Develop L&amp;D Strategy for the business and ensure that it supports the overall strategic plan of the company and is aligned with the vision, mission and values of the company - Drive the Learning Management System across the organisation - Review &amp; implement Performance and Talent Management programs for Senior Management and ensure that these activities are occurring throughout the organization. Driving the Performance Management System thru the Balanced Scorecard - Constantly work towards succession planning for better human resources management services in a high-growth environment - Handling the compensation and benefits policy including developing and implementing appropriate compensation and reward strategies, conducting external benchmarking exercises, recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices, and administration of compensation benefits - Responsible for all statutory legal and labor compliances for the company - Effective management of administrative workforce to maintain &amp; enhance the quality of facilities/ infrastructure to ensure the delivery of best workplace for employees.
