Chegg.com - Specialist - Digital Sourcing & Content

We are looking for a young and passionate candidate to join us as a Specialist - Digital Sourcing & Content. The candidate would be a part of the Human Resources Team @ Chegg and is expected to be a thought leader who- d build and drive great design ideas and manage digital sourcing programs. Demonstrable expertise & an established portfolio of work in social media engagement, content creation; excellent communication and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing stories to engage our target audience are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Lead our digital sourcing efforts & drive engagement, with limited to no supervision.

- Curate, publish and manage content on social media channels and internal platforms for the Human Resource team.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design collaterals in line with the brief.

- Adhere to Chegg's brand guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

- Researching, writing/creating content, HR communications, infographics, presentations, newsletters, and other related material.

Must Have Skills:

- At least 6+ years- experience working as a creative media professional.

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Animate, Biteable, Canva, etc.

- Understanding of design principles and branding principles.

- Strong written, verbal & visual communication skills.

- Ability to aptly articulate thoughts into words/visuals and curate content in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
