Roles and Responsibilities:
- File US tax returns for individuals and corporations with diverse income sources across the US and other countries.
- Handle inheritance and estate tax planning, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements for US companies, adhering to US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Draft and submit replies to various notices and correspondences from authorities, including the IRS.
- Provide strategic advice on tax planning and compliance for multinational clients.
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accurate tax reporting and filing.
- Collaborate with legal teams on tax-related matters to mitigate risks and address complex issues.
Requirements, Skills, or Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification combined with CPA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in US tax and financial statement preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws relevant to US and international clients.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting formal responses to government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and report preparation.
- Experience with tax software and financial management tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
