They are structured as a partnership between Platform Partners & Entrepreneur Partners. Platform Partners are general managers on their platform who bring expertise in non-investment management functions and drive new product development, risk management, legal & compliance support and capital raising across their various products and businesses. Their Entrepreneur Partners are specialists in their particular asset class and have strong track records running their investment strategies, and keep their single-minded focus on alpha generation.

They are currently active in four asset classes and building niche investment solutions in these spaces: commodity markets, equity markets, private / operating equity, structured credit and stressed assets.

Job Description/Work Profile

Key responsibilities for the role are as follows - 

- Conceptualising structures for acquisition of distressed assets/ providing structured financing to distressed entities and their Promoters;

- Identify and mitigate tax and regulatory implications of the transaction structures based on discussions with tax advisors and lawyers;

- Finalising and implementing the most optimum structure;

- Co-ordination with lawyers and tax advisors to finalise the documentation;

- Devising the most efficient organisational holding structure for consolidating the various businesses of the organisation and addressing the structuring requirements for individual businesses

- Setting up Indian (NBFC/ AIFs etc) and overseas fund structures and meeting the day to day compliance/ regulatory requirements.

- Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.

Desired Candidate Requirement

- Qualified CA with 2-4 years of work experience

- Work experience in tax and regulatory Structuring team from leading organizations/Big 4s/reputed CA firms or specialized boutique CA firms.

- They are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven and high achieving candidate looking to enter the financial services space to support our Structuring and Structured financing teams.

- The candidate shall be an integral part of all the Finance function and shall report to the CFO/ COO of the group.

- Strong finance and accounting fundamentals

- Advanced MS Excel - PowerPoint skills,

- Strong written and verbal skills,

- Good Presentation and Communication skills

- Candidates should already be residing in Mumbai
