Job Description
1. Responsible for end-to-end execution of statutory Audit, tax Audit, and other allied statutory compliances. Manage a team of CA Interns for the audit function.
2. Overseeing and preparing Service Tax Return, Sales Tax Return, TDS returns, FEMA periodical compliance forms through government online portal. Also, an exciting time to learn, work and gain experience on GST integration.
3. Assist clients on accountancy and taxation queries and provide insights for the robust internal control system and effective management action plans.
4. Prepare white paper presentations on the latest amendments for client management and internal knowledge sharing on companies Act, Income Tax Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, other labor laws.
5. Team member of other agreed-upon audit and consultancy assignments.
