Job Summary:

- We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Statutory Audit team (Non-Financial Services sector).

- The role involves conducting audits for manufacturing, IT, retail, pharma, real estate, and other non-financial sectors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and assisting in risk assessment and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Statutory Audits as per Indian GAAP & Ind AS for clients in the non-financial sector.

- Perform audit planning, risk assessment, and execution under guidance from seniors.

- Verify financial records, internal controls, and compliance with laws like the Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax Act.

- Review general ledger accounts, trial balance, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

- Assist in testing internal controls and identifying process improvements.

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior team members.

- Stay updated on amendments in accounting & auditing standards (Ind AS, SA).

- Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely completion of audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified in [recent attempt/year].

- Strong knowledge of Auditing Standards (SA), Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and Companies Act, 2013.

- Basic understanding of Direct & Indirect Tax (GST, Income Tax), Transfer Pricing, and Corporate Laws.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting/audit software (Tally, SAP, CaseWare, etc.).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Articleship experience in Statutory Audit/Assurance with exposure to the Manufacturing, Retail, IT, Pharma, or other non-FS industries.

- Experience in ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) audits.

- Exposure to Tax Audits, GST Audits, and Limited Reviews.
