Chartered Accountant - IFRS - Big4

FAAS - CA - Big Four (2-4 yrs)

Knowledge and technical skills requirements:

- Strong IFRS background is required - some of the important areas are IFRS-1 (IFRS conversion/first time adoption); IFRS-9; IFRS-15; IFRS 16.

Working experience in relation to the following services/solutions:

- GAAP conversions and implementation of IFRS

- Drafting and designing accounting policies

- Technical accounting research and advice (IFRS)

- Transaction accounting and reporting, consolidation and compilation support, financial statement close process support

- Advisory related experiences - various: policies and procedures; record to report; consolidations; ERPs; Finance best practices and benchmarking; finance transformation; shared services and business case development.

- Training content development - approach/methodology

- International work experience will have added advantage

- Prior Big-4 firms experience preferred

General skill set -

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills

- Project management skills

- Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English

- Ability to spread positive work culture and live EY values

- The ability to form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and around the world.
