Chartered Accountant - Forecasting - Pharma

Shift Timings : - 12PM to 9 PM

Role:

To explore various opportunities pertaining to forecasting analytics, setting up industry standards for forecasting methodology, creating robust benchmarks which helps in creating robust forecasts, setting up best practices for global and regional forecast

Responsibilities

1. With key domain or pharma industry experience, ability to identify various challenges unique to global /regional/ medicine forecasting (value/ volume/ patient) related activities and recommending the appropriate solutions

2. Ability to identify key (internal & external) stakeholders to develop opportunities for long term engagement and thus create business opportunities

3. Ability to use advance analytics capability team and other functional expertise Knowledge Center teams (Business Intelligence, commercial analytics, sale force analytics, supply chain analytics, pricing and market access analytics and competitive intelligence) to drive data integration enabling to develop a comprehensive data analytic solution

4. Ability to convert ad hoc analysis request into business opportunities in taking the analysis forward to answer critical or burning business questions

Requirements

1. The candidate should have prior experience in global pharma analytics setting involving variety of work streams such as commercial analytics, forecasting, etc.

2. Should have in depth knowledge of various forecasting methodologies and through understanding of complexities involved

3. Should have structured thought process to create proper scope or defining problem statement and communicate effectively to the stakeholders

4. Should be able to demonstrate critical and innovative thinking in ways of working

5. Should manage tight delivery timelines and work in matrix reporting environment

6. Should have previous work experience in handling structured an semi structured commercial data sources pertaining to sales/ volume/ price/ promotional/ patient data enabling to connect the dots and use the data effectively in supporting / validating the hypothesis

Educational Qualifications:

Pharma/ Engineering background with Master's degree
