Chartered Accountant - Financial Services (0-5 yrs)

Inter CA:- 3- 5yrs experience.
Job Purpose:
- To prepare and review financial statements, Manage Statutory & Internal Audits, Inspections and Regulatory Reporting.
- To liase with internal and external Team Members, Process Reviews & Improvements in addition to Technology Projects. Contribute to Internal Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Responsibilities / KPIs
- Prepare, Review and Report Financial statements on monthly basis and Regulatory Returns
- Pass accounting entries required for effective closure of books
- Manage Audit and Inspection queries and replies
- Define and build Review Processes (Ratio Analysis, Exception Reporting etc).
Job Requirements :
Qualifications : Fresh CA/Inter CA
Experience : Fresh CA (1-3 years); Inter CA (3-5 years)
Functional Competencies:
- Working level knowledge of General Accounting(IND AS /accounting standards and allied changes), Banking Systems, Auditing, Regulatory Reporting and Businesses of the legal entity/ group
- Knowledge of Accounting Software, Microsoft Office and ERP
Behavioral Competencies:
- Very Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
- Analytical Thinking
- Meet end customer expectations wrt timelines and quality
