Chartered Accountant - Financial Due Diligence

1. Good understanding of the general business and economic environment with a commercial outlook

2. A critical, good and comprehensive understanding of Financial Data including reading of and analysis of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P & L etc.)

3. Performed numerous buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to many private equity funds and large corporate investors spanning across industry sectors (Preferred)

4. Should be able to carry out detailed analysis of historical & projected financial statements to :

a. Evaluate the operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital& cash flows considerations, potential liabilities

b. Identify the Commercial & Financial risks which impact valuation and risks which require representation, warranties & indemnities

c. Evaluated the robustness of the target company's performance
