Chartered Accountant - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance functions in our Transmission & Gear manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial finance and working knowledge of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting activities.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory and internal requirements.

- Monitor budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support cost control initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

- Manage audits (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate with auditors.

- Support working capital management, inventory valuation, and project costing.

- Collaborate with PPC, Purchase, and Operations to drive financial efficiency.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

- Experience in finance and accounts, preferably in manufacturing/engineering industries.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/MS Dynamics preferred).

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
