Looking for the candidates with 8to12yearsof experience We need a person worked in a company - can handle entire finalization and general ledger etc. (People with consultancy background will not be considered) Candidate will be directly reporting to CFO 1) Prepare financial reports (MIS) and interpret financial information, compare the actual performance compared to the business plans. 2) Report to head office for day to day activities, monthly MIS, analysis, general ledger, as per management requirement. 3) Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results 4) Prepare projections of working capital. 5) Find any cost-reduction opportunities. 6) Preparation of the company's annual budget. 7) Liase with external auditors. 8) Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. 9) Monitoring fixed assets. 10) Oversee the working capital of company 11) Compliance with local law 12) Candidate must be able to work on weekends if required.
