Chartered Accountant - Family Office

- Experience of minimum 5 years in consulting, industry, family office

- Good communication (verbal and written) skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills

- Good knowledge of IND AS (Accounting Standards), taxation and regulatory framework

- Preparation, finalization and getting the audit of Financials of Companies including Consolidated Financials

- Maintenance and finalization of accounts

- Manage investments in India and offshore, including planning, analyzing tax & other regulatory implications, vetting legal documentation

- Prepare MIS, cash flows, internal notes, memos, presentations etc.

- Preparation and filing of TDS, GST Returns

- Analysing tax & regulatory updates and preparing discussion notes

- Assistance in tax & regulatory compliances for Family Office

- Providing support on research on various tax & regulatory matters in India and overseas

- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
