Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in finance operations, specifically in the manufacturing and export sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial objectives, audits, reporting, and compliance across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance Support:

- Drive achievement of corporate financial targets related to export business - sales, profitability, working capital, cash flow, and compliance.

- Assist in developing and implementing pricing models and export market expansion plans.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics, and plants) to streamline financial processes and resolve operational issues.

Audit Coordination:

- Assist in internal and statutory audit processes, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to SOPs and compliance norms.

Monthly MIS & Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Deliver variance analysis against budgets and forecasted figures.

Group Financials & Ledger Management:

- Consolidate financials for overseas subsidiaries and branches.

- Manage general ledger reconciliation and support statutory audit activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Experience: Minimum 4 years, with strong exposure to manufacturing and export businesses.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP and financial consolidation tools.

- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, duty drawback schemes, LC negotiation, Ind AS, and IFC.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
