Chartered Accountant - End To End Accounting - Advisory Firm (3-4 yrs)
Hiring for top advisory firm - End to end Accounting (CA Qualified)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Setting up accounting and finance function of new clients
- Monitor the end-to-end accounting function
- Knowledge of IGAAP and IND AS
- Team planning, development and motivation
- Manage client relationship
- Resolve client complaints and issues timely and spot root cause
- Ensure completeness and timeliness of Month-end closure workings & checks
- Review MIS and Other management reports
- Preparation of periodic Financial Analysis for the clients
- Monitor end to end Accounts Payable function
- Manage various compliances applicable to companies in liaison with subject matter experts
- Review compliances under TDS, Adv Tax, GST, SEZ / STPI etc.
- Ensure timely closure of end-to-end finalization
- Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
- Liaison with auditors and expert teams
- Review of Group consolidation of accounts and monitor its audit
- Maintain good level of efficiency and minimal re-work
- Assist in Recruitment of Assistants.
