Chartered Accountant - Direct Tax (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A. PRIMARY:
Income Tax Litigation and Representation:
- Attending to the assessment and appellate proceedings of various clients
- Attending to the penalty and stay proceedings
- Attending to various tax notices received by the clients
Income Tax Advisory:
- Advisory assignments for domestic / International Taxation matters
- Preparing tax status report
Income Tax Compliance:
- Preparing and reviewing return of income for corporates and non-corporates
- Preparing and reviewing TDS and advance tax related compliances
- Preparing and reviewing Tax audit report for corporates and non-corporates
- Repatriation/Remittances (Form 15CA/15CB) in case of non-residents
B. SECONDARY:
- Supervising and guiding article assistants
- Follow up for rectification applications and pending refunds of various clients
- Supporting the tax team in day-to-day assignments
- Solving day to day queries of client
- Preparing and sharing tax and legal updates and conducting training sessions for team
- Assisting Seniors in preparing standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Income-tax Act & other relevant Acts.
- Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill
- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach
- Should be self-driven and highly motivated
Years of Experience - 1 to 3 years
