Following are the details:

Experience: 1+ year

Qualification: CA (1st attempt) OR CA + MBA (rank holder)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials i.e., IM & Financial Models to assist clients for fund raising (debt & equity)

- Assisting in structuring proposals focused on large- scale PPP projects in the infrastructure sector for (financial closure, refinancing, investments, divestments etc)

- Assisting in negotiating commercial terms & conditions for transactions with investors and lenders

- Ensuring all the commercial terms as per negotiations are reflected of legal documentation

- Advising on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Placements, Structured Debt transactions

- Devising Refinancing/ Takeout strategies to lower cost of funds

- Keeping track of all material developments in the infrastructure sector
