Chartered Accountant - Corporate Finance Team - Financial Service (1-10 yrs)
Role and Key Responsibilities:
Part of the Corporate Finance team he/she will be responsible for supporting the origination and execution effort in Corporate Finance including:
Technical attributes:
1) Work in close coordination with the Transaction team (including the Transaction lead)
2) Carry out financial analysis and valuations of companies using different approaches
3) Perform high-quality research using private databases as well as publicly available information
4) Create and maintain pitch presentations and marketing materials for transactions
5) Build detailed financial models
6) Assist in the due diligence process
7) Assist in the overall M&A/ Private Equity fundraise transaction, from origination to execution

3) Have the ability to build working relationships with clients
4) Be able to work within tight deadlines
5) Have a strong understanding of corporate valuation concepts
6) Have strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills

Desired Candidate Requirement:
1) Chartered Accountant (0 to 2 years)
2) The candidate should have strong academics, extracurricular, and good communication skills.
3) Rank holder CAs or CAs with Articleship experience in Transaction Advisory Services/ Due Diligence/ Valuation would be added advantage.
